#1. Turning and milling composite manufacturing of various precision metal parts

Processing material.Depending on the customer's needs, various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, engineering plastics, etc. are available.

Processing capacity:From φ2mm to φ52mm outer diameter, the length can reach 600m/m.

#2. Stamping Mold Making and Stamping Forming

Mould development：We design and manufacture all the molds required for production, including general stamping molds/parts, continuous stamping molds/parts, extraction molds/parts, etc. We can meet the customer's needs as long as the customer asks for the product.

Stamping and molding：Torng Yea has precision high-speed stamping lines with sizes ranging from 20 tons to 110 tons, which can fully satisfy the stamping processing needs of customers for metal parts.

#3. Secondary machining and assembly operations

In addition to the CNC compound automatic lathe, Torng Yea also has milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines, and desktop hydraulic presses...etc. We can perform post-processing of stamped parts and assembly of semi-finished/finished products to provide customers with more diversified services.

#4. Electroplating and surface treatment

Torng Yea has the ability to vertically integrate the processing resources of satellite plants and has established a reliable surface treatment supply chain to meet customer needs for various surface treatment services, such as polishing, plating, anodizing, blackening/passivation/sandblasting/grinding/heat treatment...etc.
